As an Inside Sales Representative at Saffron Networks, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the sales process for our business, which encompasses memberships, certifications, consulting, and events. This involves qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting in the sales cycle. Additionally, you will handle invoicing, collections, and operational tasks to facilitate seamless client onboarding and project execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients through cold calling and existing accounts to qualify leads - Conducting needs assessments to address client challenges effectively - Assisting Regional Managers in activating memberships and certifications - Processing client invoices as per the Regional Managers" requests - Supporting client onboarding and project management activities - Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and activities, including MIS and reconciliation with Finance and central teams - Engaging with CXOs for events via cold calls and emails, leveraging relationships established by the Regional Managers - Collaborating closely with Regional Managers to execute and oversee events successfully To excel in this role, you should possess: - Freshers or 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the tech/cybersecurity industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a thirst for learning - Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently - The capability to work both independently and as part of a team If you are excited about this opportunity, drop your resume at shipra@saffronnetworks.in and contact us at +91 8130324488.
