Job Title: Exhibition Telesales ExecutiveLocation: [Insert Location]Department: Sales / MarketingReports To: Sales Manager / Exhibition DirectorJob SummaryThe Exhibition Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and securing exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates for upcoming exhibitions and events. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote exhibition participation (booth sales, sponsorships, or delegate registrations). Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and relationship-building. Maintain a strong understanding of the exhibition’s theme, target audience, and value proposition. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets set by management. Build and maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions in CRM systems. Follow up with interested prospects to finalize bookings and collect required documentation/payments. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for exhibitors. Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future events. Gather market feedback and competitor information to help refine sales strategies. Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image during all client interactions. RequirementsProven experience in telesales, inside sales, or event/exhibition sales (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Positive attitude, resilience, and target-driven mindset. EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
