Process orders, maintain customer accounts, and follow up on leads to ensure seamless sales.
Stay updated on product details, including cultural and spiritual significance.
Coordinate with design and crafting teams to fulfil customer expectations accurately.
Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Languages:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Fluency in
Marwari or Gujarati
is highly preferred due to client demographics.
Experience:
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred. Exposure to art, cultural, or religious product segments is an added advantage.
Cultural Knowledge:
Ability to understand and communicate the spiritual and cultural significance of deities, symbols, and traditional artworks.
Customer Service:
Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, especially with culturally diverse clients.
Professionalism:
Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow.
