Job Description

About Denmonk:

Denmonk is a leading sportswear manufacturing company known for quality-driven, performance-oriented activewear.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients including retailers, distributors, gyms, sports academies, and corporate buyers.
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and follow-ups.
Present and explain product features and pricing to prospective clients over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sportswear solutions.
Schedule virtual or physical meetings with potential buyers when required.
Maintain CRM/database with updated client information, call logs, and sales reports.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure order fulfillment.
Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or inside B2B sales (Apparel or sportswear industry preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
Goal-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
