Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Contacting potential customers (cold calling) to introduce products/services. Product Presentation: Clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing using scripts and tailoring solutions. Handling Objections: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and rejections to influence decisions. Appointment Setting: Scheduling follow-ups or demos for the sales team. Database Management: Accurately recording customer details, interactions, and outcomes in a CRM system. Follow-Up: Nurturing leads and ensuring ongoing customer engagement. Sales Targets: Working to meet or exceed set quotas for calls, leads, and closed sales.
