Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to spearhead sales growth by targeting corporate clients, institutional buyers, and HoReCa businesses (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering). The ideal candidate should have prior telesales experience with strong communication skills and a proven track record of generating sales through phone calls.

Job Description:

• Drive B2B sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and cafés to understand their needs and preferences.
• Communicate fluently and smartly in English to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
• Telesales: 1 year (Required)
