Job Overview:

We are looking for a focused and driven

Telesales Executive

to engage potential clients, re-activate dormant leads, and support the growth of our business through proactive outreach. The ideal candi is a confident communicator with a strong sales mindset, capable of converting leads into active clients and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What you will do:

Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls and messaging platforms to convert leads and re-engage inactive clients.
Deliver personalized support and tailored solutions to enhance the client experience.
Guide clients through the onboarding and funding process, while itoring their trading activity and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on key action items to ensure consistent service quality.
Share client feedback and ket insights with the team to help refine our offerings and align with evolving needs.

What makes you a good fit:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling roles.
Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage and track leads
Proficiency in using phone call systems and chat tools to support conversions
Proven ability to convert leads into funded clients or paying customers
Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
