Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Educate clients about the benefits of investing and our stock market services (e.g., equity trading, intraday, F&O, mutual funds). Promote research services, portfolio advisory, or premium packages as applicable. Follow up diligently with leads to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM tools. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, KYC, Customer Support) for smooth client onboarding. Stay updated with financial market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Prior experience in telesales, preferably in broking, BFSI, or fintech sectors. Basic knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments. Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with demat /trading account process and compliance is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
