Role: Telesales Executive: We are seeking a Telesales Executive who thrives on engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service across voice and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with current and potential customers Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism Keep detailed records of customer data, subscriptions, service feedback, and follow-ups Use CRM tools to track leads, manage interactions, and improve customer journeys Conduct renewal calls, payment follow-ups, and collect feedback through satisfaction surveys What We’re Looking For Experience in telesales, customer support, or a client-facing role Strong communication skills.
