Job Description Position: Telle Caller Location: Dahisar West Mumbai Experience: 2– 3 Years Salary: 18K to 22K Employment Type: Full-time Work Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Gender Preference : Male Job Overview We are looking for a Tele Caller / Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in promoting and selling our Plush Puppy range of pet grooming products. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, taking and processing orders, convincing clients to try new products, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the sales team. This role involves relationship building, upselling, and active participation in trade events to support brand growth.     Key Responsibilities ·      Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote Plush Puppy products. ·      Take customer orders, confirm details, and coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for timely dispatch. ·      Convince customers to explore new products and upsell within existing orders. ·      Maintain and update client databases and order records. ·      Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending payments. ·      Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. ·      Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, samples, and pricing. ·      Attend trade shows, pet expos, and grooming events to represent the brand and interact with customers. ·      Support marketing and promotional activities when required.     Qualifications & Skills ·      Graduate or Diploma (any stream). ·      1–3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service (experience in FMCG, pet products, or grooming industry preferred). ·      Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. ·      Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools. ·      Positive attitude, target-driven, and ability to build strong client relationships. ·      Passion for pets or interest in the pet care industry is a plus!
