Job Description

1. To promote and build sales of Organic Fertilizers across Country by establishing The Supply Chain . 2. Entrepreneurial ability to build and develop a Business Unit and head it as a profit center. 3. Achieving monthly / quarterly & Annual Sales Target (Rupee Value). 4. Developing Sales team and providing training to the new comers. 5. Reaching the targets and goals set for your team. 6. Ability to prospect new business leads, establish and maintain excellent Distributor/Dealer/customer relationships, identify and resolve Distributor/Dealer/customers concerns. 7. Guide, supervise, motivate Sales Executives. Training the field functionaries to ensure sales and operational efficiency. 8. Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and services to achieve the maximum revenue 9. Ensure regular review of the existing business and sales strategy meetings to maximize business 10. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
