We believe in innovation, transparency, and delivering value to our clients. Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Explain project details, features, and USPs to generate interest. Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and preferences. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and feedback. Handle initial queries and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of real estate terminology and buyer behavior. Ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.) Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or pre-sales, preferably in real estate or a similar customer-facing industry. 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
