This is a work-from-office role only at our Ameerpet location. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain Qlead’s value proposition. Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and follow up effectively. Maintain and update the CRM with detailed call notes and lead status. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to marketing to improve lead generation and targeting strategies. Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance performance. ✅ Requirements: Only Female Candidates Work from Office Only – No remote or hybrid option Fluent in Hindi and English – Mandatory Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound BPO processes. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
