Role: Female Telesales Executive (Kannada Language – Only Females)We are seeking motivated female candidates fluent in Kannada to join our Qlead telesales team. This role involves outbound cold calling, handling inbound leads, and pitching the value of Qlead’s AI-driven platform to prospective customers. Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and explain Qlead’s benefits. Follow up on inbound leads from digital campaigns and convert them into customers. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide customer insights and feedback to the marketing team. Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing product training. Requirements:Only female candidates. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer engagement role is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Degree preferred).
