Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned markets or verticals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, outreach, and lead-generation activities. Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and emerging fintech trends. 2. Sales Cycle Management Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution-based sales conversations. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet revenue goals. 3. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers. Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation. Provide ongoing customer support to enhance retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 4. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance offerings and improve customer experience. Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and insights to management. Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of sales experience; fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services experience preferred. Strong understanding of digital payments, lending, banking APIs, or financial software solutions. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
