Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to generate leads and sales. ● Follow up on existing leads and inquiries. ● Explain product or service details to potential customers and answer their questions. ● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. ● Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information. ● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ● Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. ● Provide accurate and complete information regarding products or services. ● Report feedback and customer concerns to the management team. ● Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team goals.Requirements ● High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). ● Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years preferred). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Good listening and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software. ● Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Interested candidates can share your CV at [email protected] OR visit for interview at Analects Technologies Pvt Ltd Office No 311, Global Business Hub, Opp. EON free zone, Kharadi, Pune.
