About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to generate leads and sales. 2. Follow up on existing leads and inquiries. 3. Explain product or service details to potential customers and answer their questions. 4. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. 5. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information. 6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 7. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. 8. Provide accurate and complete information regarding products or services. 9. Report feedback and customer concerns to the management team. 10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team goals.Requirements Desired qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). 2. Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years 3. preferred). 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software. 9.
