About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to generate additional sales for the sales team 2. Follow-up with retailers & distributors 3. Maintain and update the calling database with correct information 4. Resolve the retailer's query and handle grievances, and provide timely feedback 5. Understand the tailor's requirements and identify sales opportunities to improve productivity 6. Take care of the entire order management cycle till it gets invoiced 7. Follow up with retailers, distributors, and the sales team 8.
