About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Reach out to existing and prospective clients to provide information about the product and service offerings. 2. Address inquiries and concerns related to the company and its products promptly and thoroughly. 3. Gain a deep understanding of customers' needs by engaging in meaningful conversations and finalizing sales transactions. 4. Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of the customer database. 5. Process orders with precision and attention to detail. 6. Safeguard the company's reputation by effectively handling and resolving customer grievances. 7. Boost company sales by surpassing sales targets through dedicated efforts and exceeding customer expectations. 8. Maintain comprehensive records of sales calls and valuable insights gathered. Requirements: 1. Possess at least 6 months of experience in a telecalling or similar role. 2. Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas. 3. Proficiency in using computer applications such as CRM systems and telephone platforms. 4. Strong command of the English language. 5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 6.
