Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and persuasiveTelecallerwith prior experience in sellingwebsites or digital services The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our website development services, and converting potential clients over phone calls Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our website development services Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate website packages Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to ensure closures Maintain and update customer database (CRM) Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions Coordinate with the development team for client requirements and updates Requirements:Proven experience intelecalling or telesales, specifically selling websites or digital marketing services Strong communication and convincing skills Basic understanding of websites, domains, hosting, and related terms Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Preferred Skills:Experience with B2B or SME clients Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, HTML, etc ) is an added advantage Fluency in Hindi and English (or local language as per region) Perks & Benefits:Attractive incentives on salesGrowth opportunities in sales or digital marketingFriendly work environmentWeekly off and flexible working hours (as per policy)
