Telesales Consultant( International process)

We are an Australia-focused remote staffing company with operations based in India. We provide dedicated offshore teams for Customer Service, Back-office Operations, IT Support, Accounting, and more—all working under our in-house supervision and infrastructure in India.

We are seeking an experienced Manager-level professional who can drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Growth – Identify and connect with businesses in Australia that require offshore staffing support.

Lead Generation – Develop pipelines through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and email campaigns.

Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for Australian clients; understand requirements, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships..

Team Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with the right talent and ensure smooth delivery.

Reporting & CRM Management – Track leads, maintain client records, and present progress reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
