Job Role:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Agent (Female) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound calling and a passion for delivering results through persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell company services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the right solutions.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain and update the database of customers with complete information.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the team lead.

Key Requirements:

• Only female candidates will be considered.
• Prior experience (0–2 years) in telesales or outbound calling is a must.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Located in or willing to commute to Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
