Level: L1

Experience: 12-18 months

Certifications: ITIL Foundations (Mandatory), CCNA (Preferred) 

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work on incidents of moderate scope and moderate complexity to provide a solution
• Ability to work effectively with guidance from other members of the work group
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to isolate problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of switching – VLAN, Voice VLAN, PoE, Routing Protocols etc.
• Ready to work in a 24*7 rotational shift model
• Ready to work in a hybrid shift model

Preferred:

• Basic understanding and troubleshooting experience on the following products:
• TMS (Telepresence Management Suite) & TMS-XE

• Cisco Room Bar: Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, Room Kit EQ, Room Kit EQX
• Cisco Rook Kit: Room Kit Pro, Codec EQ, Codec Pro, Room Kit Plus, Codec Plus
• Cisco Meeting Boards: Cisco Board Pro G2
