Certifications: ITIL Foundations (Mandatory), CCNA (Preferred) 

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to work on incidents of moderate scope and moderate complexity to provide a solution

Ability to work effectively with guidance from other members of the work group

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to isolate problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction

Basic understanding of switching – VLAN, Voice VLAN, PoE, Routing Protocols etc.

Ready to work in a 24*7 rotational shift model

Ready to work in a hybrid shift model
