Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Support & Compliance Coordinator to assist railway signalling staff and officers across RDPMS stations in onboarding, troubleshooting, and effectively using the Energy7 RDPMS App and Website. This role involves telephonic communication, technical guidance, and compliance data collection to ensure smooth digital adoption and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

•Initiate and manage telephonic outreach to railway signalling staff and officers.

Confirm login status on both Energy7 RDPMS App and Website.
Guide users through installation, login, and basic troubleshooting.
Explain key features and usage protocols for both platforms.
Respond to pre-prepared technical FAQs and escalate complex issues.
Collect and document user feedback, compliance inputs, and queries.
Maintain structured logs of calls, onboarding status, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal tech and compliance teams for follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

• Basic understanding of web portals, mobile apps, and login workflows.

• Ability to explain technical steps clearly and patiently.

• Familiarity with railway signalling systems or government tech projects (preferred).

• Strong documentation and data entry skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
