About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telephone Operator to join our team in East Delhi. This is a flexible and hybrid opportunity, ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in client interaction, sales support, or customer engagement.

If you have a clear and confident voice, can hold meaningful conversations in English, and enjoy talking to people—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Introduce company services and build rapport with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client interest.
Keep detailed records of calls, client feedback, and interactions.
Support basic administrative tasks as part of call follow-up process.

Requirements

Must be based in or around East Delhi.
Basic proficiency in English communication.
Comfortable with talking to people over the phone for extended periods.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Access to a smartphone or laptop with internet connectivity (for hybrid work).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
