Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Introduce company services and build rapport with clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client interest.
• Keep detailed records of calls, client feedback, and interactions.
• Support basic administrative tasks as part of call follow-up process.
  

Requirements:

• Must be based in or around East Delhi.
• Basic proficiency in

• Comfortable with talking to people over the phone for extended periods.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop with internet connectivity (for hybrid work).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
