Resolve queries, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote and sell products/services through effective communication. Maintain call records and meet sales targets. Requirements : Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada (anyone or multiple). Minimum 6 months experience in customer support or sales (preferred). Undergraduates & fresh graduates can apply. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
