Telemarketing Specialist

You will be joining IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research as a Telesales Specialist, based in Thrissur. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, understand their needs, and convince them to avail the institute's services. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and pursuing leads. Additionally, you will maintain records of customer interactions and provide training sessions to new team members.
