Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Silvassa. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, engaging with clients, providing information about our products, addressing queries, and driving sales through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency with telemarketing and CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the marble or construction industry is an advantage
