The Opportunity

We're looking for 5 driven Telemarketing Specialists to join our growing team. This is not your typical telemarketing role – you'll be representing both EDUSOAR and our partner clients, engaging with ambitious professionals seeking to elevate their careers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into enrolled participants

• Represent EDUSOAR's suite of career development programs to potential clients

• Support telemarketing campaigns for our B2B clients and partners

• Meet and engage with walk-in clients at our office

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups

• Achieve and exceed conversion targets consistently

What We're Looking For

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience (preferred) OR exceptional people skills with eagerness to learn

• Clear understanding of the lead generation and conversion process

• Self-motivated individuals with a hunger to succeed

• Excellent communication skills and language skills (English & Malayalam)

• Persuasive, confident, and results-oriented personality

• Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue goals

Work Arrangement

This is an office-based position at our Thiruvananthapuram location. We need team members who can be present for client interactions and collaborative team environment.

Compensation

Base + Performance-Based Incentives with NO CAP. Top performers can significantly exceed base compensation. Your success directly determines your earnings.
