Role Overview: As a Telemarketing Specialist located in Malkapur, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and fostering positive relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining detailed records of interactions, assisting in customer retention efforts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets.
