Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist at Flora Beverages India Pvt. Ltd. located in Palsana. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, supporting customers, and facilitating sales. The role includes daily communication with potential and existing customers, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to work in a team
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus
