Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Specialist based in Sarita Vihar, with opportunities to work from home on a flexible schedule. The Telemarketing Specialist will manage outbound calls to generate leads, conduct sales pitches, and provide information about products. They will also handle customer inquiries, offer assistance, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to explore potential markets and help achieve growth objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales for driving revenue and identifying opportunities. Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting loyalty. Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and effectively with customers. Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in both hybrid and team settings. Familiarity with CRM tools and telemarketing software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
