Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
• Explain real estate project details, pricing, and benefits.
• Handle inbound queries regarding properties.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain updated records of leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining customer data.
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling.
