Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist based in Saket. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining telecommunications systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth communication processes within the organization. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, providing customer service support, and coordinating with other departments to address and resolve communication-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications knowledge
• Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting telecommunications issues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
