Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist, located in Saket. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications systems, ensuring efficient and effective communication across the company. Daily tasks include system monitoring and maintenance, addressing communication issues, providing customer service, and collaborating with team members to resolve any telecommunications-related problems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Troubleshooting telecommunications issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage onsite equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
