Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our in-house lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in our products/services, and scheduling appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
• Introduce the company’s products/services, explain benefits, and create interest.
• Understand customer needs and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
• Maintain a high volume of calls per day while ensuring quality communication.
• Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve call scripts and lead conversion strategies.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate in any discipline.
• Min 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools.
• Positive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to handle rejections.
• Fluency in [Insert Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages as per location].
• Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
