Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist located in Gurugram. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for managing telecommunications systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient communication channels. Daily tasks include handling customer service inquiries, maintaining and developing telecommunications networks, and providing technical support to optimize telecommunication operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Customer Service
• Ability to provide technical support and optimize telecommunications operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
