Telecommunications Specialist

As a part of the Visual Nest Pictures & Weddings team, your role will involve: - Making outbound calls to potential clients and introducing them to our range of services in Weddings, Fashion, Food/Product, and Corporate shoots. - Effectively explaining our offerings in a professional and engaging manner to prospective clients. - Managing a database of leads and ensuring that client interactions are documented systematically. - Following up with interested clients, scheduling meetings, and providing support in lead conversion and client relationship management. - Sharing feedback gathered from client interactions to enhance our services and communication strategies. To excel in this role, you should have: - Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil, with knowledge of Hindi being an added advantage. - A confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality. - The ability to address client queries with professionalism and patience. - An interest in photography, cinematography, and the creative industry would be beneficial. - Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for maintaining client records. - Students and freshers seeking practical client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
