Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist, located in Tiruvallur. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for installing, analyzing, and maintaining telecommunications systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, enhancing communication networks, and ensuring seamless customer communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize network design and deliver excellent customer support is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving system or network issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Certifications in network or telecom technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
