Job Description

  • Team Management: Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of telecallers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training & Development: Conducting training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the telecalling team.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensuring the team meets or exceeds established sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on team performance for management.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: May be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
