Job Description

Team Management & Sales Performance
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Allocate leads and ensure optimal productivity and conversion ratios Track individual and team performance against KPIs such as calls made, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups Support the team in closing difficult or high-value leads

Quality Assurance & Call Audits

Conduct regular call audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company scripts, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines Evaluate calls for communication skills, pitch accuracy, objection handling, and customer experience Share structured feedback with team members and maintain call audit reports Identify quality gaps and implement corrective action plans

Training & Coaching

Conduct regular coaching, role-plays, and refresher training sessions to improve sales skills and call quality Assist in onboarding and training new telecallers on products, processes, and CRM usage Develop SOPs, call scripts, and best practices for improved performance

Process & Compliance

Ensure adherence to internal processes, CRM up , data accuracy, and follow-up discipline Maintain call records, audit scores, attendance, and performance dashboards Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for lead quality and process improvements

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on sales performance, call quality, and audit findings Analyze trends to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall team efficiency Escalate critical issues, customer complaints, or compliance risks to management
