We are hiring a Telecalling Manager to oversee Client Coordination, Order Processing, and B2B Operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telecalling, Client Servicing, and Operations Support in a B2B Manufacturing Environment.

Roles Responsibilities

Manage Telecalling Team for Client Coordination, Order Follow-ups, and Customer Support Oversee Order Processing, Order Management, and Dispatch Coordination Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Client Documentation, and Back Office Records Coordinate with Manufacturing Teams, Stores, and Packaging Teams for smooth operations Implement Telecalling Strategies, Customer Engagement Plans, and Client Escalation Handling Ensure effective B2B Client Servicing, Operations Support, and Manufacturing Coordination Train and mentor Telecalling Executives for optimal performance

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Experienced candidates with background in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Order Processing, Operations Management, or B2B Coordination Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Leadership Skills, Team Management, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Strategy
