Telecalling Expert - Role Description :

A Telecalling Expert in Cloud Sales would primarily be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

    Identifying potential clients who could benefit from EMB Global's cloud solutions. This often involves researching companies, understanding their needs, and determining if they are a good fit for the services offered.
  • Outbound Calling:

    Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce EMB Global's cloud services, explain their value proposition, and generate interest.
  • Pitching Cloud Solutions:

    Articulating the benefits of various cloud services (e.g., cloud migration, cloud optimization, cloud security, data management, AI-powered cloud solutions) to potential clients. This requires a good understanding of cloud concepts and how they solve business problems.
  • Setting Appointments:

    The primary goal is often to secure appointments or meetings for the sales team (e.g., Account Managers, Sales Executives) to delve deeper into client requirements and close deals.
  • Maintaining CRM:

    Accurately updating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems with call details, lead status, and relevant information.
  • Achieving Targets:

    Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets.
  • Objection Handling:

    Addressing client queries, concerns, and objections effectively to move the conversation forward.
  • Market Research:

    Gathering market intelligence and feedback from calls to help refine sales strategies.

Skills and Experience for this Role:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales:

    This experience should ideally be in a B2B (business-to-business) environment, and even better if it's in a technology or IT services domain.
  • Understanding of Cloud Concepts:

    While you won't be a cloud engineer, a basic to intermediate understanding of cloud computing (e.g., what is cloud, types of cloud services, benefits of cloud) is crucial for effective pitching.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:

    Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal communication is paramount. Good listening skills are also important to understand client needs.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills:

    Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Target-Oriented:

    A driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Resilience:

    Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Computer Proficiency:

    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office applications.
  • Location:

    Residing in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, as it's a complete work-from-office position.
