Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's agricultural products. • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns. • Identify and generate sales opportunities through cold calling and converting it, lead follow-up. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role. • Well versed with MS Office and familiarity with any CRM software. • Knowledge of agricultural products and the agriculture industry is an advantage. Key Skills: • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple calls and follow-ups.
