Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: D 52, D Block, Sector 2, Noida UP 201301 Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales team in achieving ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, and be committed to driving business growth through team development and strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and KPIs. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share, maximize revenue, and grow client relationships. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding. Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales data, track performance, and provide actionable insights to upper management for decision-making. Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, drive lead generation efforts, and convert leads into loyal clients. Negotiations: Oversee complex transactions, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful closings. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and property management. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid real estate license preferred. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
