Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling dispatch operations, including routes and schedules for drivers. Schedule and supervise daily dispatch operations based on customer orders and production output. Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and routing. Maintain records of dispatches, delivery notes, invoices, gate passes, and customer acknowledgments. Ensure proper loading of finished goods, following packaging and stacking protocols to prevent damage. Monitor stock levels of finished goods and communicate with the production and warehouse teams. Ensure accurate dispatch documentation: invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and e-way bills. Ensure safe handling and loading practices, and enforce discipline and efficiency. Ensuring all dispatch operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including information about routes, schedules, Preparing dispatch reports and timely submit to the management Comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., road permits, GST e-way bills). Lead, train, and evaluate dispatch and logistics staff. Maintain and report dispatch KPIs like on-time delivery rate, freight cost, etc.
