Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide career counseling on various courses offered by our organization.
Conduct telephonic conversations with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for education programs.
Provide accurate information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to potential students.
Maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions with clients to ensure excellent customer service standards.
Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services or products related to education counseling.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in calling, telemarketing, telesales, counseling (career counseling), education counseling, student counseling, admissions/admission counseling.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy when providing information over the phone.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
