About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident

Telecaller cum Counselor

who can handle high-volume calling, engage with students, and guide them towards the right course options. The role requires someone with strong communication skills, counselling ability, and consistency in daily outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential students daily.
Understand student needs and counsel them on suitable courses and career paths.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
Maintain call logs, student details, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Provide clear information about courses, centers, fees, batches, and admission process.
Ensure excellent service and maintain a positive experience for every student.
Work closely with the admissions/operations team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling/counselling is an advantage
Ability to make high-volume calls daily.
Confident, patient, and persuasive personality.
Comfortable working full-time from the office.
